How can table AFFT and AFFV be cleaned up for old records?

Process instruction tables AFFT and AFFV in the PP-PI module has increased dramatically. - We need to remove old table entries.

Is any program/transaction available for this purpose?

Both tables are belongs to archive object PR_ORDER.

So to reduce the number of entry, you should archive your PI order regulary.

You can see the entry of this archiving object through T-CD SARA.

(Put archiving object PR_ORDER and hit DB table button).

Hi,

U have to go for programme to clean up the data.

For logic behind clean up data u can see this Log clean up FM..

DB6_LOG_CLEANUP_WEEKLY u can set the programme in the background.

U can also discuss this with BASIS they will be able to help in data clean up .
