Sending mail to mulitple users...

Hi All,

I have a workflow set up to send a mail when someone leaves.

The problem is I need to send this to more than one user.

At the moment it works when I pick User on the recipients list and the mail is sent to that user.

What do I choose to send it to more than one person. We have positions set up for individual employees, so I 've tried creating a workcentre, but it doesn't work.

In the work center I have attached a user as the holder and a task in the relationships, but no luck.

Can anyone help and point me in the right direction.

Thanks

Sam

Invetigate closely the mail sending task (based on SELFITEM.SENDTASKDESCRIPTION method). It has a container element ADDRESSTRING or something like that. In the workflow in your mail sending step you can bind several users (or email addresses) to this element. And as a result all these users will receive the mail. Really simple.
