Attendance in payroll

Hi Experts,

Following is my requirement:

We have a group of employees who will work for certain hours in a day. This is captured in work schedule. They are not entitled to any benefits and absences. For these group of employees, public holiday is also a working day. If they work on a day, salary needs to be paid on hourly basis. Let’s say an employee worked 4 hours for 25 days in a month, system has to pay 100 hours * 8 (hourly rate) = 800.

But now system is paying based on the work schedule of the month. If the month has 26 working days, system is paying 832. Even though the attendance record is available only for 25 days.

P2002 is picking up attendance for each day. But Work schedule is stroed in TIP table.

If I want the system to pay based on attendance, in which rule I have to change or Do I need to create new PCR?

Appreciate your valuable advice.

Hai..

create a separate empp grp for those and treat them as hourly i.e PCR & CAP Groupings.... bcoz the calc will vary in the PCRS during processing as they are hourly basis paid..... And in work schedule maintain 7 days as working hours & give it as a flexible timings.... instead of defining no of hours/day....
