Characteristics not updated thru CO05N

Hi,

I have created one Z Program in which i called CO05n transaction

SUBMIT ppio_entry
        USING SELECTION-SET 'SAP&RELEASE'
        VIA SELECTION-SCREEN
        WITH SELECTION-TABLE rspar
             AND RETURN.

When i try to release the Production order thru Z program, my Batch Characteristics does not getting updated,

but when i try to release it thru CO05N, Batch Charateristics got updated.

Not able to fine what exactly the problem is....

can you pls let me know what is going wrong for this code.

and also by executing Z program Production Order get released but Charcteristics doesn't get updated.
