Time out (CL_XMS_PERSIST================CP) Issue / Short dump issues in SAP PI.

Dear Team,

From Past 20 days we are facing the below time out error in SAP PI production ST22 Tcode. Due to this all messages are get stuck in Moni in running status. Not able to reprocess the message untill this time out get finished. This issuse is happening every day mid night 1:00AM to morning 4:00PM. During this time the messages are in running status in Queues and moni. after this time frame have to reprocessed the messages manually from moni and SMQ2.

SAP PI System : Dual stack .

Errors.

Error 1- SM21 Tcode: CL_XMS_PERSIST================CP

ERROR 2- ST22 Tcode: > Short dump "171007 021010 sapxiprd_XXX_00 HELPDESK" created.

Kindly suggest us the way to resolve this issue for messages smoothe processing in production.

did you analyse the short dumps?if this is coming from standard program then raise sap support ticket.
