Deleting Absence Quotas IT 2006

Hi,

Can anybody advise on the best way to delete 2500 employees absence quotas from IT 2006 please? Is PA71 the only way??

Hi

U can delete the records with the help of making a LSMW of deletion of IT 2006. While recording the LSMW click on to the delete button. so that the LSMW of deletion of IT 2006 will be prepared.

Hi Neil,

You can even delete the absence quotas from transaction PA30.

But how about writing a small program with HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION and exporting 'DEL' as operation.

Thanks for your reply - i need to do this in batch really, as deleting 2500 reocrds via PA30 might take me to the end of the annual leave year anyway!?! ha.

The second opton sounds very interesting - would you be able to give me some basic guidelines/instructions on how ot do this?
