cannot open ccsui to test the ICI

Hello;

I want to test Integrated Communication Interface by sending SOAP message but the url opens empty page only

http://ssisubcrm082.cco.corp:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/ici_ccsui

What can be the problem? Our CRM version is 7.0 EHP 3

On the other hand I have looked help.sap page that it shows the url below but there is no service or URL like these

http://<hostname>:<port>/bcb or

http://<hostname>:<port>/ccsui

check SAP Note 1646876 - CCS Application unavailable in newer releases of NetWeaver with regard to this.
