credit status in sales order-Approved, released, not approved

Hello, I have seen three sales orders in my system with credit status as "approved ", not approved and released. if credit status is not approved, then do the sales order gets overall blocked status of no other block is there ?

What actions make a sales order in above three status (approved, not approved, released )

Is there any impact of such statues on credit limit/exposure.

Thirdly when we release a sales order in VKM4, what happens o credit exposure/credit limit and credit status in sales order ?

Pls if someone can refer a good consulting note on credit mangement too ?

regards sachin

It is really surprising to note your query which is self-explanatory. You should be aware in which case, the credit status of sale order goes to approved or not approved. One has to conclude from your post that you have not made any efforts to find out the related documentations on credit management.

You have NOT answered to my query but again coming out with another question. What efforts you put to find out a way to this issue ? Have you tried to search with the links I already shared ? If so, you would have come across with a standard report CHECK_CM
