problem in recording...

hi Experts,

i want to make BDC using t-code MM01, that contains almost 12 select views.

at a time a am unable to select all the select views items.

i want to select BASIC DATA 1

BASIC DATA 2

SALES ORGANIZATION 1

SALES ORGANIZATION 2

SALES GEN/PLANT

MRP1

MRP2

MRP3

MRP4

WORK SCHEDULING

ACCOUNTING 1

COSTING 1

So please suggest me any method is available in selecting all these views at the same time.

    Hi Vijay,

    You can select all the views.For this you should know the value of all the mandatory fields in respective views.While recording select all views and enter all the required values u want to enter and mandatory values.Sit with ur functional consultant it will be easy for you.

    Once ur program works for all the views then start testing it with random selection of views. You will have to customize the program.

    HI,

    u can select the views one by one and you should give the value for mandatory fields in that particular views.

    You can use LSMW with Direct Input method

    Object 0020 Material master

    Method 0000

    Program Name RMDATIND

    Program Type D Direct Input

    this will updat all the views

    OR u can use LSMW with BAPI BUS1001006.
