Oracle 9i Problem

I was trying to install oracle 9i , when run setup command it say" The image file E:/Oracle/Seup.exe is valid but is for a machine type other than the current machine.

I was installing oracle in Windows 2003 Server with service pack2.

Can anyone please help me in this.
