Return PO item already claims stock

I've a return item for a material open with a planned date of 1 month in advance. While running MRP, this return item is already taking stock from being reserved to open STO items. What settings need to be made to not have the return item take stock already. Is there some kind of horizon that will allow you to already enter a return item but not have it reserving material?

Try to do this:

1. MM02, see what value is assignto the 'availability check' field in the MRP 3 view.

2. Then goto avaibility check config and make setting accouting to your requirement, or turn on no check i necessary.
