Issue with Information broadcasting: Maximum alert level does not equal the required alert level

Hello Experts,

I have an issue with Information Broadcasting. Users are saying that they are not getting broadcast mails since last one week. But when I checked the schedules, I could see that the last execution date of all the broadcast settings are up to date. But, when I checked the logs for the last one week, i could see the below message as

"Maximum alert level 0 does not equal the required alert level 1"

I think, they didnt get the mails when the log displayed this message.

Can anybody help me on this? Is this anything related to exception setting in broadcast?
