    Hi balaji,

Its bcoz the PERNR you have used may not be maintained in Infotype PA0000. First of all check whether the PERNR is present in PA0000 and check in PA0028.

    Regards,

    Shanthi

    Hi Balaji,

It will be same problem what previous person had indicated that is in pa0000 the pernr will not be maintained. And use BAPI_EMPLOYEE_ENQUEUE before the HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION and use BAPI_EMPLOYEE_DEQUEUE after that FM' HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION for lock and unlock the pernr.

First know whether you have to update pa0000 and then ur infotype.

    Thanks,

    Sakthi.
