    hi

Ajay first u decide either to work crm technical consultant or functional

if want to become technical abap and java is useful for IPC, Internet Sales, CIC for technical, and oracle pl sql and vb for Mobile sales

if you want to become functional learnmore on middleware, CRM service, Analytics,Mobile sales, and cic functional. and ISA functional tings are enough don't ry for to become technofunctional as it won't work in our indian environment

much don't get confused be stick to functional or technical of crm

    Cheers

    Venkat

    Dear Ajay,

If you are striong in Sales and Marketting as a functional consultant, that's good enough to get into a project. It's additional advantage if you are a technofunctional/learn ABAP, BSP (XML+ABAP) for UI (CRM 5.1)but that's not must. Also as you said you don't have the access now, then you won't be able to proceed much in those areas by just going through the documents. Moreover the support projects not only require technical consultants (ABAPers)..but also the functional consultant. So you can contribute in that area.

    Thanks,

    Atin
