update rules are mapping automatically

Hi to all

here i am loading 0FIAR_C03 in BI7 i am in transfer rules i created transformations and in the update rules if i try to create transformations that fields are not mapping automatically .

pls help me in this

System will hardly generate any mappings, you have to manually map them all.

To my memory there are no routines assoc to 0FIAR_C03 7 its all 1:1 so you can just drag n drop / map source fields to target fields.

If available you can have a look at transfer rules in sandbox for the same.

Or use RSOSFIELDMAP table.

thanks for the answer but if u create transformations system will mapp all the fields automatically for all the cubes it is automatically taking fore this one cube i am not getting this transformations automatically.

more over that is in white color not in green

Well that depends, if datatypes and lenghts all match up system might generate accordingly but for buss content I hardly saw any proposals ..why dont you just map ..whats d deal or issue with it ??

when i tried to actnate

error is coming that

"Rule 69 (target: 0DSC_AMT_LC): Source parameter 0010 is not being used"

"Rule 69 (target: 0DSC_AMT_LC): Target parameter 0007 is not being used"

this error message coming

pls help me in this

Vivek,

As Roberto said, its true that you need to map manually... If the properties of the Infoobjects matches then the system will automatically propose and it will map automatically... In your case you can directly map the 0DSC_AMT_LC from source to target 0DSC_AMT_LC, if you do so then probably you might not face this error..

Right Click on the target field - Rule Details - Check if it has Direct Assignment and also Source Currency Fields exist like 0LOC_CURRENCY..etc.

Just delete and remap.
