Loading From DSO to Info-cube Through DataMarts.

Hi Gurus,

In BI 7.0 i am trying load a delta data from DSO to Info-cube.

Process:

I deleted one of the requests from Info-cube which updated from a request from DSO,Assuming that when i do a Delta load the deleted data will be reloaded from DSO.

But i am not able to get any data from DSO to Info-cube ?

Am i missing something or is there any specific procedure for that?

Hi,

Unless the request status is changed to red before deleting it from the cube, you will not get repeat option.

Now the only way is delete the data mart status in the ODS .

Trigger the upload from ODS to cube.

It should work.

You have to repeat the delta...there will one option to redo the last delta and then only you can proceed for subsequent delta uploads

Hi,

If you delete a request from cube by making its QM status RED that time you will get repeat option to load data to cube from DSO at info pack level, as you have already deleted the request from cube n you are not getting repeat option, you can delete a data mart status at DSO level for that particular request(be careful while doing this) delete only for the request which you want to load if you select different option it will delete data mart status for all DSO requests, after deleting it do general delta load it will pick up the request which donot have data mart status at DSO level.
