    In Your NWDS.

    Goto Windows>Preferences>SAP J2EE Engine

Put int the server details over here.

Open the J2EE engine view to see your server nodes in your NWDS.

    HI,

Go to the menus -> Window -> SAP AS Java [SAP J2EE Engine]->

You will see two radio buttons named

    1) Remote Host

Use this if your server is running on a different machine.

Specify the Message Server Host and Message Server Port.

    2)SAP installed on local host

usin the browse button select the instance.

      Hi,

Host name: the name of your remote server

Port number: Your message port number.

If you have local j2ee engine installed then just select the local server and select the instance by clicking on the browse button.

      Regards,
