Outbound Delivery

Hi,

I am in the process of creating outbound deliveries from STO's. I use transaction VL10B to create the outbound deliveries. How then will I create the picking output for each outbound delivery when it is due for picking?

I also need to disable the TO creation as I update the picking qty in the outbound delivery picking tab directly. What do I need to configure?

Hi Gopala,

Thanks again for your suggestion. Yes, I am only IM managed. But my process goes something like this...

1. List all STO due for Delivery

2. Create Outbound Delivery

3. Print Picking List (for Warehouse personel to physically pick materials)

4. Update Outbound Delivery for actual qty picked from the updated picklist printout

5. Post Goods Issue

I need to print the picklist first before updating my picked qty. So, is there a way to automatically print the picklist from the outbound delivery?

Hi,

Thanks for replies. I already disabled the status of WM to Not Relevant in the Outbound Delivery, so i could post the picking quantities directly without using a TO.

I need to know where I can get the output of the picking list from the outbound delivery.

No problem in the receiving side...

Hi,

For the details you provided, I could see you have IM managed storage location only...So, no TO creation (picklist) in WM etc are required.

Now, in VL02n, for your delivery note, get into the next screen. The very next tab is Picking. GO there, and enter picking storage location ( if not already determined...depends on your data), enter the picking qty (must match delivery quantity.

For the output type you need for picking, you need to configure output determination. Unless standard SAP is screwed, it works fine. If required, just setup the output condition record that you designed the form, layout etc for your project. the moment you save the picking, you can trigger the output...

After Creating Delivery in VL10B, GotoTransaction code: LT03 and Create Transfer Order and Again goto VL02N , do the PGI..

Now your process is completed at Suppling plant.

Now do the GR at Receiving plant in MIGO....Referance document as Outbound Delivery No.
