counting the number of orders in Bex

hi frnds,

i have a requirement to produce a summarized report that shows the number of service orders and then the user should be able to drill down on the other fields to have a detailed report,

my issue is with counting the number of service orders,

the layout is like this after drill down ,

service org category service order item number item category No of orders

HUB01 SAL 10000000 10 Z001 ?

HUB01 SAL 10000000 20 Z002

HUB01 SAL 10000000 30 Z003

HUB02 TEL 10000002 20 Z002 . ?

Could anybody guide me in getting the number of service orders for this in the report level,

i have tried to add a counter which will have a constant value 1 but it calclualtes the all the rows including all items , for example for order 10000000 it shows 3 ,

Thanks for your valuable suggestions,\

Rakesh

    Hi

Suppress results rows for number of items..that is 10,20...

Calculate result rows only for sales order ...1000000...

You should get intended result with this settings
