Null Pointer Exception while pointing to ZFunction Copy

Hello ,

I am on EP7.0 ECC6.0 and modified the ESS benefits Application to point to the Custom ZFunction Module ....then reloaded the application ...restarted the J2EE Engine and still getting the following error:

java.lang.NullPointerException

at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.modelimpl.dynamicrfc.AiiModelClass.createNewBaseTypeDescriptor(AiiModelClass.java:256)

at com.sap.tc.webdynpro.modelimpl.dynamicrfc.AiiModelClass.descriptor(AiiModelClass.java:222)

at com.sap.xss.zmodel.Zhr_Fbn_Ess_Rfc_Enro_Reasons_Input.<init>(Zhr_Fbn_Ess_Rfc_Enro_Reasons_Input.java:51)

at com.sap.xss.hr.ben.FcBenefits.callRFCEnrollmentReasons(FcBenefits.java:732)

at com.sap.xss.hr.ben.FcBenefits.readEnrollmentReasons(FcBenefits.java:611)

... 60 more

I wonder for the cause for this.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Try adding these jar files in your project build path

    Right Click on your project>Properties>Java Build Path> Eclipse_Home>com.sap.ide.jcb.core>lib>aii_proxy_gen.jar,aii_proxy_rt.jaraii_util_misc.jar

    Now, build and deploy your application.
