Problems with Copy Data Between Companies in Sap Business One

I am trying to copy information from an existing company to a new company with "Copy Data Between Companies" in SAP Business One. writing it to a file looks like it works (though when I do the same thing twice, the file size isn't the same). You can see in the image below that I selected all check boxes when writing to file.

Also, you see that the Chart of Accounts checkbox is selected.

Now, I try to read this from this file into the new company. But is shows that there is an issue with the chart of accounts as shown below. Also the checkbox is not selected (I can't select it).

What can I do to copy over all data from one company to the other?
