Punchout catalog not returning to SRM via Basware

Hi All,

We are on SAP SRM 7.0 recently external supplier made some changes to their shopping site which causing issue with Win8.1 ( IE11) users it is working for users who are on XP ( with IE8). I tried to change the document mode on IE11 as per the blog ( https://blogs.sap.com/2014/09/03/ie-and-portal-standardsquirks-mode-evolution-or-love-hate-relationships/) but it's not helped. what could be the reason.

Usually issues with punch out catalogs and IE8 are fixed by the steps from this kba:

Hi Ashok,

Can you check if you get any javascript errors, with IE developer tools?

Maybe users with windows 8.1 have different Internet Explorer policies or different security updates that could also cause the issue. See for example note 2398473 that talks about one security update that broke the catalog transfer.
