Loosing business partners

Hello experts,

Running SRM 5.0 ECS.

When I create a PO as a purchaser, I am not able to enter business partners. If I enter an existing partner and click enter, it just disapears.

If I create a SC and then the puchaser tries to enter a vendor in the sourcing cockpit, the rest of the business partners disappear and I am not able to enter them again. As soon as I press enter, they disappear again.

Any ideas? This is really frustrating

<u><b>Seems like a bug due to Either missing authorizations/roles or In-correct Role assignment in the SRM system Or

due to some missing SAP OSS Notes -></b></u>

<u>Option 1)</u>

Manage BBP_WFL_SECURITY parameter (personalisation on user or role, or with SRM BADI)

4 level possible:

Level 4 (High) - SC modification during approval possible + WF continues

Level 3 (medium) - SC modification during approval possible + WF restarts if starting condition targets a new WF

Level 2 (low) - SC modification during approval possible + WF restarts

Level 1 (no) - SC modification during approval not possible

<u>Option 2)</u> <u>Pls. De-activate all Active customer BADI Implementations from SE19 transaction (name starting with Y or Z) for timebeing, and then again test the Shop functionality. Do let me know.</u>

<u>Option 3)</u>

<i>Please check SAP OSS notes :-</i>

Note 1002254 PO price becomes Zero if any PO header fields are changed

Note 1008243 PO item price becomes Zero at item overview.

<u>Option 4)</u>

You have to assign your vendors to the local purch org. You can do this either through 'Manage Business Partner' transaction in IE, or with the transaction BBP_UPDATE_PORG to copy the backend purch org assignements to a local purch org.

I forgot that we had activated a BADI. By deactivating it, it worked again.
