Error in inbound queue on newely installed PI7.0 Server

Hello all,

I am working on PI7.0 Server newly. All messages are stored in inbound queue(smq2) which is picked by sender communication channel. Inbound quequ showing status <b>SYSFAI</b>L and sxmb_moni q.status showing <b>stop</b>. I have registered queues using sxmb_admin. how to resolve this problem.
