I have a requirement to produce a list of employees (new starters) who have not provided their NI Numbers at the start of their employment.
FOr this i intend to create a adhoc query report to list employees without NI numbers. My query is - can we generate letters for these set of employees requesting for their NI numbers.
Iam vaguely familiar with mail merge but does that functionality cater to my requirement here?
If so, can anyone please let me know the process for the same.
