Need to put ALERT message in the SUBJECT area of e-mail.

Hi All:

Our users are asking to provide ALERT message in the subject area of e-mail so that they can quickly fix the problems. Need to attach the SYSTEM ID to the e-mail SUBJECT.

As for as I know ALM puts the procees ID in the subject. Does anyone has any idea how to achieve this??
