inactive condition type in pricing

i have an issue ..my condition type in pricing shows inactive status & it is becase of documnet item is statistical.

how to solve this problem.

Hi,

Do you have any routine assigned, can you check the details of the condition in the document pricing, it will show the reason for the inactive.

Hi Jasmine,

Please check if somebody has rejected the line item.

The pricing condition becomes statistical mostly when the line item(sceen sales A, reason of rejection) has been rejected.

Reason for inactive is documnet item is statistical. because of this net value is zero .

condition type is j3ap its a AFS senario

what is the exact requirement of the client. which condition type, r u using. it is the standard one or a new entry. what r the settings of that condition type.

have u actived the condition exclusion group or did u assign any requirement to that condition.

give me the exact details so that u can get the right information
