JDBC Sender - Unable to pick data

Hi,

I have XI development and testing systems pointing to the same database. I stooped the CC in development and started the CC in testing but XI is unable to pick the data from the database. In the communication channel monitoring there is message-id with out any link to payload could anyone explain what does that mean. I checked moni and there is no message. I also tried stooping the CC and restarting and it does not help.

Let me know how I can solve this issue and thanks in advance.

Sarvesh

There can be several reasons for this, first of all you need to make sure the CC in the QA system is activated, secondly make sure that you have values in the database which satisfy the select query of the sender CC.if there are no values satisfying select query you won't get any payload

    Thanx

The SAP Note: 800787 is for NetWeaver 04 and the server version is 2004s SP9 so is this note still valid.

I have tried restarting the J2EE engine but it didn't help.

      Thanks,

      Sarvesh
