Good afternoon
I need assistance on how to do the following BEx formula please?
I have "Sales" totals per "Dealers"
example:
Dealer: Sales
A 10
B 5
C 6
Overall Result = 21
How do I create the formula in BEx if I want to divide Sales for dealer A (10) with the 'Overall Result' Sales (21)? Note,
Your assistance will be appreciated.

Create a <b>Formula</b> below the <b>Sales Key Fig</b> and use the follwoing <b>formula</b>
<b>Sales / SUMGT ' Sales'</b>
<b>SUMGT</b> will be available in the <b>Data Functions</b>

Hi,
You can create a formula using function SUMGT. This will bring you the results in a column. Then you can create another formula using your key figure and the formula created using SUMGT.
Hope this helps...

Create a formula and you can use the Percentage function if you want to display in % otherwise, use data function in the formula builder.
thanks.
