Task Group Agent assignment

Hi All,

I am facing a strange problem. A std Task 93000011 is part of Task Grp 930000012. Now when I add a personal number 11111 to task group it gives the mesg as agent added successfully. But in the list of agents the personal number does not show up.!! Any Idea why is this happening.

The Actual issue is I have to delete a person from agent list of std task which gets the agents from task group. Now since I cant see the personal number there I cant delete.

Please help out !
