Task Group Agent assignment

Hi All,

I am facing a strange problem. A std Task 93000011 is part of Task Grp 930000012. Now when I add a personal number 11111 to task group it gives the mesg as agent added successfully. But in the list of agents the personal number does not show up.!! Any Idea why is this happening.

The Actual issue is I have to delete a person from agent list of std task which gets the agents from task group. Now since I cant see the personal number there I cant delete.

Please help out !

I guess its a buffering problem. but I am not sure about it. I come back to you later once I found the solution.

Initially I thought so too.. I added the agent in TG and it didn't turn up in the list of agents of TG but it showed up in Task's agent list.. I tried refreshing buffer but to no use. The surprising thing is Only agents which are added via PERNR are not showing up in the list . Is there some kind of setting to turn the visibility ON for PERNR ??

Hi Anuj,

Is this pernr related to an user-id, either in infotype 0105 or in the organizational structure. If it is not, I can imagine you will get this problem.

Unfortunately the pernr is connected with a valid user name !! actually the display problem is coming with all the pernrs not just one case so I thought it to be a generic issues. Thanks for view though . Any more views Martin ? Any one else ?

Hi Anuj

Have you tried using transaction PP01 to edit it? Select the object type - TG - and then enter the object ID, task number and see if any of the infotypes are ticked, mos likely the Rel one may be. Click Overview after selecting 'All'. Hopefully this should work....
