hi muhsmmad

For achieving ESTO you have to dismantle the equipment from functional locational and place it in ware house.this can be done using IE4N.In this transaction simulatneous good movement will take place along with installation or dismantling the equipmnet

Removing Equipment with Simultaneous Goods Movement

Use

You want to remove a piece of equipment from a superordinate piece of equipment or functional location and put it into storage.

This function is only possible for equipment with a material number and serial number.

Procedure

...

1. Choose Logistics ® Plant Maintenance ® Technical Objects ® Configuration Control ® Installation and Removal of Components from the SAP Easy Access screen.

2. Choose the entry Removal in the Equipment list field if the Remove Equipment and Place in Storage screen is not automatically displayed.

3. Enter either a piece of equipment or a material and a serial number in the Remove Object group box, and choose Enter.

The system automatically outputs the current installation location of the corresponding piece of equipment.

4. Enter either a reservation or a movement type.

Enter a reference order, if required.

5. Select an event type and a part status on the Notification tab page.

6. If you want to simulate the removal before saving, choose Check. You can display the search result in a full screen application log. Choose Application Log to do this.

7. Save your entries.

You may have to activate the forced removal to override an error message issued by the system. In this case, choose Forced Installation/Removal and confirm the notification in the following dialog box.

A forced removal is only possible after the simulation of the removal has taken place.

Result

· The equipment is removed from the object and the corresponding material is placed into storage. If the corresponding Business Add-In is active, a notification is generated or updated.

· After the equipment removal, a structure gap is automatically generated.

· If a forced removal was used to remove the equipment, a corresponding indicator is set on the Configuration Control tab page in the equipment master record.
