Negative Stock

Hi

In my organization for one material system allowing Negative stock,though there is no seeting for Negative stock in configuartion ,as I have checked the same at following ,

1) At Plant Level ( T-Code - OMJ1 )

2) At Storage Location level

3) In Material Master View ,(Plant/SLoc. data view2), no setting is done for negative stock.

System is allowing negative stock and we have to stop this.Please let me know,where our setting is missing.....it is very urgent.
