ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NO. IN TDS

Hi experts,

as per budget 2007, we have give the tds form no. 16A should be issue with details of acknowledgement number.

Than where I have update the acknowledgement no, is there in T.code for that.

Hi,

Note - 1070551, this is the note for creating a Z (ZACKN) tcode for TDS acknowledgment number, this has to be applied manually by an ABAPer, follow the steps in the note.

hi srilatha

you have to apply the note 1046758 for getting the new TDS format.you need to create some data elements and apply the sar file as given in the note. please go htrough the the solution part for better understanding of the things that needs to be done

basically it is abaper's and basis peoples job.

I have already implemented the said note but i am asking how to update the acknowledgement nuber to that particular data element field or table is there any transaction code is there?

you have to update the acknowledgement nos at table J_1IEWT_ACKN_N.

T code is SM30.

Hi Sri,

I'm also facing problem while applying OSS Note 1046758. That note is asking to create J_1IEWT_ACKN_N table.

After creating the table I went to the UTILITIES menu => TABLE MAINTENANCE GENERATOR.

Then OSS Note 1046758 is asking us to give the function group name as <b>J_1IEFILE</b>.

Next I have Choosen <b>One Step</b>.

and then <b>Find Screen Numbers</b> & <b>Proposed Screen Numbers</b>.

After finishing all the above said things and while clicking the CREATE button it is not allowing me to assign the function group <b>J_1IEFILE</b>.

How to overcome this problem.

Very urgent.
