dump while opening bp hierarchy node

hi all,

i am getting a dump (time out) while opening bp hierarchy node. we have huge cutomer data in crm server. can it be because of this?

is there anything that can be done to improve the system performance?

Hi Smita,

Thank you very much for your help but we are using CRM 5.0 and the note number which you have given is valid till CRM 4.0 only. I found another note 907538 as well but even that didnt help me.

Any other clue pleae?
