    Hi Parvathy

In the pop up window of F4 option there will be a press button of Insert in personal list (F6). For first time you get all the available entries from which u need to select each entry & click on this button. When finally u complete ur necessary entries, just say OK.

When next time u go for F4 option for that field, it will give only selected entries.

You can have three level of control

    Profile level is Basis Control

Secondly User level where they will have restricted access

Thirdly you can have Screen Level control , for this you can use screen control for the Infotype where you wann to restrict

    Hi

Last option you can delete entries from T591A for IT-0034 .

then you would get only required entries.

other option is to write a search help exit for search help "H_PAD_T591A_SUBTY"

in your exit for IT-0034 you can write your code & for rest you can call the standard exit HR_H_PAD_T591A_SUBTY_EXIT.

    reward points if helpful
