Automatic mail generation

Hai Friends,

I have one requirement of automail generation in cases of addtion of new job,new position ,new org unit ,change in reporting structure and change in costcenter.But one mainthing all these are maintain through t-code PPOM.Can you please suggest me on this scenario .There is any possible ways to automail generation when performing things in t-code PPOM.
