Inbound Dely. data not visible in PO!

Dear Experts,

While creating a PO, in the Confirmations Tab, I have selected the Conf.Control Key and checked the Conf.required checkbox. After I have created the Inbound Dely. via VL31N, the IBD data is not visible in the PO. Due to this my use keeps entering the confiration data manually in the PO and gets a runtime error "Update was Terminated". When I check the table EKES, the IBD data is available there. Can anybody suggest the cause for this problem.
