unable to start Message server and dispatcher in j2ee engine

Hi

When i am trying to start j2ee engine, message server and dispatcher are not starting.I have checked in developer trace of message server i got the following error.....

can you check to see if the dbase can start.

the NI connect error looks like the Message server and dispatcher

can't connect to the database back end.

Could you check you listeners etc are up and working

Hello Sowmya,

You are getting this after DST switching then ensure both DB and Application servers are running at same time settings.

I hope that will resolved your issues. One more thing ensure none of other processes are consuming too much of memory so as to provide enough memory to JVM to come up.

Make sure the time in the DB and all App Servers are same and correct.And make sure the gateway service is correct.
