Problem in VL06O

Hi all, when i execute the report VL06O, the layout contains some fields, i changed the layout to include the material and quantity, though the material and quatity columns appeared but were blank( with out any value )

Do i need to do any customisations so as to reflect the same when i change the layout? please advice

Perhaps you are at the "Header View". Click on the "Item View" icon and then you can seen the details about the material (Description) and Quantity.

when i click on the delivery no, the system will take me to the restpective delivery where i can c the material no and delivery quantiy. But my concern is i need to have the material and quantity in the report as i need to show the same to the client.

Sorry you did not get my point.

I am not asking you to double-click on the delivery no and see the details.

When you execute VL06G for say Goods Issue, then by default SAP standard layout "0GH" comes. In this layout only header level data are available. If you click on the "Item view" then the item level details will be visible. Then you bring the "material" (or description) and "delivery quantity" columns to the layout. Now it will not be empty. Then you save and make the new layout default.

Hi,

Fisrt check LIPS and LIKP tables if there are any values against that plant,materila and storage location.

Also this particular transaction have diff in 4.6C and 4.7
