delta replication for condition record does not work..

Hi Experts,

In our scanario we are doing initial download of condition reocrd created in R3 to CRM.The initial down load was sucesssful.

But the delta is not active...means when i change the condition record in R3 the new condition record needs to be replicated to CRM.

But this functionallity is not working..

I have checked the R3ac4 the object condition and event 00503301 and 00503302 is active.

In R3 side i have activated table TBE31 for the same event.

Could you please advice me do i have to do some more setting to enable delta

download...

The setting i checked all the setting are enabled the delta load.

does we have some more setting..

One doubt when i do the synchronize filter in object.you said it will update R3 filter setting.

Could you please provide me where i can see the filter criteria in R3.

Hello Senthil,

The R/3 filter settings can be seen in the R/3 table CRMFILTAB.

Query the table with the objname (the CRM object where you placed the filter) and you should find your settings you made in CRM.

I'm thinking of something else, I know condition delta replication from CRM to R/3 is supported but I'm not 100% sure if SAP supports delta load for conditions from R/3 to CRM...

Hello Senthil,

You checked already one prerequisite for delta load of conditions.

Next to making the delta load active you must also check if your conditions are not limited by a filter.

Check transaction R3AC5 and look for your condition object, make sure the 'inactive' flag is not marked and double click it. There you will find a 'Filter' tab, check wether your condition meets this filter and correct if necessairy. (If you change the filter, also press the 'synchronize r/3' button to update the filter settings in R/3.
