    • Well what I normally do.

Log on to the XI home page , and then see the URL to which the SLD link is pointing to. This URL is the smae if the same SLD is used across environments and is different if the SLD is decentralized.

    HI,

This is advisable to run Single SLD by SAP.

The cost of running the SLD infrastructure increases with the number of SLD instances. In particular,

adding a second SLD involves additional costs for synchronizing data between these two

instances. From a cost perspective, it is preferable to configure a single SLD.

The following factors can make a multiple-SLD architecture necessary:

    • Legal constraints

    • Company rules

    • Network constraints (for example, firewalls, availability of resources)

To View multiple SLD's i guess you need to do this :

Choose Administration on the SLD home page of the SLD master.

Note: If Administration is not displayed on the SLD home page, the user group

SAP_SLD_ADMINISTRATOR is not assigned to your user. Check your permissions.

    Hi Prabhu,

I think the best way to find is to ask your Basis team or any other team who have designed the landscape.

Alternatively login to systems and check in trasaction RZ70.

Hope if got your question right.

    Thanks

    Sumit

      Hi Prabhu,

I dont think there would be any transaction. SLD can be installed across systems. like with XI, EP,Solman..

Where exactly will the transaction check?

To check for Centralized SLD.. best option is as i mentioned earlier..

      Regards,

      Sumit

Run SLDCHECK on each instance to see where it is directing...

There is no quick way unless you monitor all systems (J2EE & ABAP) in Solution Manager. Normally, I set up the GRMG to all SLDs (and all J2EE) from Solman.
