FSCM...Cash Memo Record

Dear all,

Can anybody share the knowledge about Memo record for cash positioning report.

To my knowledge, we can update the Cash infollow or outfollow which are not updated in SAP.

My question, we have updated through Memo record and run the cash position. Later what we need to do with memo records. reversal or cancellation. pls clarify.

    Hi Venkat,

    Memo records are basically used for updating the cash forecast with entires, which will not form part of transaction. So when you post through memo records, every memo record will have expiry date. This you have to customize in cash management by ticking the check box in memo records. Once you do this memo record will expire automatically once the date is met.
