How to check changes in Java Patch

Hi All,

We are facing an issue in our SAP NW 7.4 SP4 patch 00 system, To resolve this issue we have patches - SP04 Patch5 for EP RUNTIME 7.50, SP04 Patch2 for KMC CONTENT MANAGEMENT 7.50.

Now we are trying to find what changes these patches are going to make in our system to make sure we have required testing done before applying these patches in production.

I can see what known issues these patches resolve under content info of these patches but don't find what functionality/objects these patches are going to change.

Please suggest how and where can we find this information.
