sap ides installation

Hi I am getting th folowing error message when installing SAP IDES 4.7

does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it ??

CJS-00084 SQL Statement or Script failed. Error Message: Executable D:\oracle\ora92/bin/sqlplus.exe returns 3.

ERROR 2007-11-18 18:26:22

FJS-00012 Error when executing script.

    Hello Ian,

    The information given is not sufficient to find the cause of the error. Please check the sapinst_dev.log and see exact error and update this forum. Also if this log points the error in the some other log then give the details of referred log also.

    Hello Ian,

    Couldn't find much information from the log. Is that last lines from the log which you posted? Is sapinst_dev.log ?

    Also check few others logs and see the error code. It seems one of the script failed and the error code should available in the log generated by that particular script.
