Duplicate subcontracting challan generating with same quantity for single material document(541) .It is not happening everytime but sometimes the users are facing this issue.

We have checked configuration settings related to subcontracting challan (J1IF01) but everything found ok.

Please kindly help us to rectify this issue

It is not happening everytime but sometimes

That means, you need to analyse in depth at what circumstances, such issues are coming and it is not because of your configuration. You need to compare the documents which are successfull with the one which is not successful.
