SAP Web IDE, error when deploying to SAP ABAP Repository

I have an on premise SAPUI5 application which I have imported into the SAP Web IDE, made a small change and wanted to test deploying back in the SAP ABAP Repository.

When deploying I get the following error message.

Not sure if it is the _ in the ZRUI_STOCKINV repo name. But can't change that now, would be far too much effort and potential risk with a productive project.

Has anyone encountered this before?
