Is it possible to create e-mail notification for Activity Task(when new one is created) ?

Dear Experts,

Is it possible to create e-mail notification for Activity Task(when new one is created) ?

Users use it to create activity tasks to each other and it will be good to have email notification.

I checked Workflow rules there is no business object "ACTIVITY TASK".

Is there another way to do it?
