Leaving date in queries is 00.00.0000 for employee with status "Withdrawn"

Hi Experts,

I need your help about the Ad Hoc Query. In my query, when I select "Today" period, the leaving date for employee with status "Withdrawn" is 00.00.0000. It should be the actual leaving date. But, if I select "All" period, it works well.

How can I retrieve the leaving date correctly in "Today" period? Please guide me 🙂
