Calculation of On time delivery

Hi All,

Has anyone worked around calculating on time delivery KPI in IBP?

If yes, request you to share your approach in terms of formula, data sources etc. on the same.

Can we calculate on time delivery based on sales order delivery information from ECC in IBP?

Hi Vijay,

You can try below option.

1. Create the key figures in IBP

2. Transfer the sales order requested delivery date and Shipment date to IBP via HCI

3. Write the calculation logic based on time delivery

4. Create the Analytics/Dashboard

5. Dashboard will represent the on-time delivery percentages at different time dimensions (each sales order level drill down might not be possible)
