Capacity Levelling

Hi PP gurus,

While doing capacity leveling for production order,the machine capacity is dispatching to Work center but the labor capacity is not dispatching.it is showing the following errors

1 Capacity not available

2.No remaining available. cap. available in planning period

3 Planning step was undone (UNDO)

I have checked the particular Work center and routing all releated data's and settings.but still the labor capacity is not getting dispatch.

please guide me on this issue to clear.

    Hi

    Check the scheduling basis in the work center, if it is machine then you cannot schedule the labor separately in the capacity table.

    If the labor is so critical then you change the scheduling basis in the work center and then schedule it in the capacity table.

    Murali,,

    1. Check the capacity category in the workcentre for the TAB scheduling.

    2. :Levelling is based only on the category mentioned here.
